    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/126022"&gt;@lettie_mo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, I would try sending in another ticket.&amp;nbsp; I mentioned this recently in the community forum that there seems to be an issue with the ticketing system where some tickets were not going into the normal queue.&amp;nbsp; Your ticket could have been one of those that went unnoticed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it.
