Unable to change plan online

I am unable to change my plan. When I go to the self serve section to change my plan, no other plans are listed for me to choose from. I think that this page is broken.

Clear your internet cookies / cache. Open fresh browser in incognito mode. Try and let us know.

@thomas43 Works fine for me. Try clearing your cache and cookies and browser with incognito mode as @Jb456 suggested. Should help.

Does not work for me. Tried using different browsers too.
