      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a pm sim card online and my account was charged, but it gave me an error saying my ZIP code didn't match my billing address, so I have no idea if it went through or not even though it took money from me. Is there a way to see if the SIM card is actually going to arrive?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes that credit card charge is just a holding charge that will go away. If not, then your best bet is to submit a ticket to PM and ask them to investigate.
