    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just changed my phone number by selecting a new number in the setup of my account, but afterwards it can not make outgoing calls, neither can it receive any incoming calls, just keep saying like '6uc1/2/3 number not in service', what is happening to my accout?Can anyone give me a hand? Many thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
