      <description>Hi there! I am having problems logging into my account. I'm trying to log in (with my email address and the password) but it keeps telling me it's the wrong password. I have tried going into the "forgot password" field and entered my email address but I receive nothing in my email. I have checked my junk mail folder as well. I don't know if it's an issue if it's from a Hotmail account? I have tried signing up as well with my phone number but it says I already have an account but I still am unable to log in. I have not typed the wrong email address in (I have screen shot the page so I know it's correct). Is it just taking a long time to process the request? Any help would be greatly appreciated!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although I cannot offer technical help, but I can confirm that I have had no trouble logging into account. Have you tried a different browser? If used internet explorer, perhaps try chrome now or fire fox? (vice versa if you have tried chrome initially).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All the best,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tt&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've tried on my iPhone (safari) and it gives the same error "sorry, unable to log in etc". I have tried on my iPad and same issue (via safari). I went on my laptop and tried IE and Firefox but no luck still.. so I'm assuming it doesn't matter which platform I'm trying on.</description>
