      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it just me or everyone can't load their self serve account? After purchasing the $15 1gb add-on I could no longer get into my account. Could be just a coincidence. I already cleared the cache and etc still won't load.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;l couldn't either (Ontario), however I could on a laptop. What prompted me to look was an email asking me to come back to Public Mobile. I have never left although I want the discounts offered!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Reading it, it sounds like public mobile website was having server issues and people could not log into their account. This happens sometimes (actually happened yesterday for a bit)....the solution was.. Public Mobile got their servers running again lol&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In your case try the forgot password link to get back into your self service account.&amp;nbsp; If it fails contact the moderators and ask them for a temporary password to your self service account.&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.
