How do I add on to my data? I have purchased $15.00 to add on 1GB data.

Buying an add on is a 2 step process. You added the funds. Now go back into self service and make the purchase.

@Domina Purchasing an add-on is a two step process:

Purchase the add-on by adding funds to your account
Use selfserve or dial 611 and add the add-on to your account

You still need to do step 2.

If you have $15 or more available fund in your account, you have not done the second step yet. Buy the add-on with the fund in your account.

After add-on purchase, check your the 1GB data usage line on your overage page to monitor your usage. Later, if you don't see the data usage line, you had use all your add-on data.
