As of May, I have never received my paid add-ons, which was the 250Mb plan.

There is no paid add on of 250 MB.

Are you on the $15 plan on autopay which would give you 250 MB?

Check self service if on the $15 plan it should look something like this unless your data has been used up then it will not appear. You can then check your usage history in self service.

If you have the $15 plan, you will get the bonus 250MB data if and only if your enable the autopay. You may setup your credit/debit card on your account. Double check again to make sure that you had enabled the autopay.

Refer to the bottom of your overview page - Autopay section for details.

@RapNugget Public Mobile offers two data add-ons (Used within Canada) 1GB for $15 and 200MB for $10. Public offers as US Roaming 250MB data add-on that can only be used within the US. Which one did you purchase?

Note purchasing a data add-on is a two step process.

Add the funds to your account
Purchase the add-on

Check you account balance to see if the amount is still there.

@RapNugget Are you sure your Autopay is enabled? If it is, the 250mb of data should be on your account.
