    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Motorola One Action Android phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Within the past month, I have been unable to send/reply to group texts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would send a message and it would be stuck on "sending..." for an infinite amount of time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MMS is turned on, but even if I had switched back to SMS, it still wouldn't send to all members of the group&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resetting phone yielded nothing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;APN values match the Public Mobile website&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can send individual texts and reply but it is group texts that is the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You will need your data on in order to take part in either of those functions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Found this webpage might be helpful from about Iphone:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.imobie.com/support/iphone-not-receiving-group-texts.htm" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.imobie.com/support/iphone-not-receiving-group-texts.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"You should know that your iPhone, by default, sends group messages as MMS messages not an SMS message.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/137541"&gt;@mimichan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the text message app does not work with group MMS, try the Google Message&lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;s&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt; App.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use it over a year and has not failed to send/receive group MMS.&amp;nbsp; Make sure to enable data because MMS will not use wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.messaging&amp;amp;hl=en_CA" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.messaging&amp;amp;hl=en_CA&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your friend is using &lt;STRONG&gt;iPhone iMessage app&lt;/STRONG&gt;, ask your iPhone friend to update the iMessage settings according the my post following to this post.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
