      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, My sim card got cancelled. Does that mean Public mobile stopped the services and my pre-authorized payment won't be pulled from my bank account anymore? (That is what I want for the service to get cancelled, but accidently my sim got blocked meanwhile) please let me know, someone!!! I don't want to pay for a service that I can't use right now. Basically I can't do anything right now, I can't set up online profile. But if it got cancelled this way, than it is fine. Thank you so so much, I appreciate it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If possible log into your account and cancel the autopay. If you are unable to log in another option could be to contact the mods. If you’re using a credit card you can also request a new card which will prevent your bill from auto renewing. Good luck&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
