@amayassi Try manually connecting to 3G and test.

@amayassi hi try resetting your network settings on the y9.

open settings>advanced settings
tap backup & reset
tap network settings reset
and tap network settings reset to confirm
restart your phone and test

@amayassi There can be mulitple versions of a model, some compatible and some not. Which carrier was this phone used at before?

I bought it from Kuwait, and I used it there and in Dubai, Jordan, Bahrain, Cairo and Lebanon, had no problem. Only in Canada with Public I can not use ir

@amayassi If it's the Y9 Prime 2019 it has very limited LTE connectivity B5 and B7 but it does support the 3G bands B2 and B5 so you should be able to use it on 3G.
