      <title>Invalid SIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to set up a new account with my new SIM card xxxxx.&amp;nbsp; When I had to go back a few screens because I'd entered the wrong birth date, fix that, then proceed with my activation, I am now getting an "Invalid SIM" error message and cannot proceed.&amp;nbsp; I had already picked a new phone number 343-xxxx and the $50.00 plan but had not yet entered payment information.&amp;nbsp; How can I proceed with activating my phone and new public mobile account?&amp;nbsp; If you need to call, please call my alternate number 613-xxxx&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Madelynn&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit&amp;nbsp; by mimmo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/127333"&gt;@DixieM&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website is finicky when you backtrack on the activation page. &amp;nbsp;It looks like you were not charged. &amp;nbsp;Try a different website, clear cache or incognito mode. &amp;nbsp;Chrome incognito works well. &amp;nbsp;Also, give some time in between attempts. &amp;nbsp;Hopefully, the number that you choose is still available. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, please remove personal information from public forum.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I also experienced this. I was able to get it done once I waited an hour and reattempted in incognito mode. Also just a FYI that you may want to delete your private info as this is a public forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/127333"&gt;@DixieM&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; your sim card is valid.&amp;nbsp; it however is mid activation&amp;nbsp; process.&amp;nbsp; it takes about an hour for the system to release the sim so that you can start the process again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need a referal to get a $10 credit ask someone in who has helped you in this thread.&amp;nbsp; please ignore all unsolicited requests and feel free to report them as it is against community guidelines to offer unsolicited referals.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then retry, your entry may have been messed up because of using the back button function. No one will call because it is all online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wait the hour or so. If it doesn't work come back and let us know and we can send&amp;nbsp; you in the right direction from there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
