HI - I bought two new SIM cards, one for each phone. One works perfectly, the other shows Invalid SIM. I have tried every recommendation on this site, and also tried using a different computer and network. I have run out of ideas. Any suggestions please?

Check to see if your cc was charged. If yes then try the sim in your phone.

If your cc has not been charged, there could be a lock on the sim. Wait one hour and try activating again.

If problems continue contact a moderator for assistance at this link:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/contact-a-moderator
