      <description>&lt;P&gt;In theory moderators respond more quickly to questions submitted via SIMon than direct private messaging.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If you submit a ticket confirmation can be seen in the SENT folder of your private messages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Whichever method you choose ongoing communication is via private messaging.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
