And once you activate your SIM card. Insert your SIM card and reset your network settings

Reset Network Settings SAMSUNG Galaxy A71

Firstly, choose Settings.
Secondly, go to General management.
After that select Reset and Reset Network Settings.
At the end choose Reset Settings and Reset.
Well done!

Restart your phone and re- enter your WiFi if applicable. You should be set to go.

@pharaohpeter Take note that the compatibility phone check does not list "all" phones. That link is manually updated by Public Mobile.

Many newer phones (like ops) is not listed until PM updates the list.

As long as the phone matches public mobiles frequency it will work.

Public Mobile uses the following frequency bands:

@Jb456For 4G to be able to function on Public Mobile, does the phone have to have ALL those 4G frequencies? Or will it work if you have only one of the frequencies?

Yes but make sure the model is a Canadian one (model SM-A715W). Samsung also produces international versions which may not be fully compatible but will still do the job.

yes absolutely works if not blacklisted or locked in another country. For example i tried my sim card in sprint carrier locked phone(American version) it was not working.

It depends upon your device if its factory unlocked.
