At the bottom right corner of the screen to talk to SIMon. Tell SIMon that you need your PUK code. He will help you to submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will get a reply from the moderators in your community inbox. The inbox is on the top right of the community webpage. You will also be alerted via email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The moderator team can give you your PUK code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
