Is self serve down?

Tried to log into self serve. Can't even get to the login page. There is no error, it just stops on a blank screen. Tried on 2 different browsers.

Anyone else noticing the same thing?

Works for me no problem on Android Firefox and chrome

When was the last time you logged in? Ask your family member to try

I was able to log in on chrome on an iPad.

It is down using Safari on an IPad.

Worked fin a couple of days ago. Not working on Firefox or IE. It works using Edge.

@Anonymous I had this a week ago I messages the moderators a private message about it they responded in less than a few minutes. And they had the tech team fix it. Probably just had to reboot the page/server.

It was working on private mode when it happened last week.

Doesnt work in android, Macbook pro, chrome or brave browser.

I just experienced persistent blank page, reload wouldn't help. But cleaning out cache did the trick, it instantly loaded and I was able to log in

For me on desktop not, working, cell phone safari working.

@Anonymous Works for me on mobile Chrome. Try diffrent devices. The website was displaying funky things like my next payment was 0$ and all the plans were gone but a cache/cookies clear and an intigonto tab fixed it.

Not yet. They wouldnt be working.anymore, so in the morning. But self serve is working for me now.

Well that’s good to hear. Maybe they did something on the backend like a reset or something. But glad it’s working for you now
