      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/135679"&gt;@mcsask&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First check if your credit card was charged.&amp;nbsp; If charged, try the SIM card in the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not charged, you can try again.&amp;nbsp; Maybe try a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Chrome incognito works.&amp;nbsp; Maybe give some time in between attempts also.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please check to see if your credit card was charged. If it was pop the SIM into your phone and see if it works. Also try logging into your self service account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it wasn't charged wait 1 hour from last attempt,&amp;nbsp; go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your account.
