@franceswhite Did just let on your number from another provider? If yes, it can take up to 4 hours for the port to complete. Just continue to use your old sim until it stops working.

Welcome to Public Mobile, make sure you, Turn Off Do Not Disturb, and Airplane mode, off, in or, it will automatically, go voicemail. For sure not the case,here, but just in case.
