      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to connect to a 1-800 number but my son who has the same service with Public can. Not sure who to contact. Service works fine otherwise and I need to be able to connect to this 1-800 number for work purposes.I have replaced the phone and have same problem so it is not related to the phone perhaps the account (SIM)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
