      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/135490"&gt;@draganj88&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Due ot Koodo data breach, some Koodo accounts have a port protection feature. &amp;nbsp;Did you call Koodo to unlock the feature? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, check your credit card to make sure that you were not charged for the failed activation. &amp;nbsp;If charged, re-insert the PM Sim card to see whether it works. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
