      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello - I'm in Victoria. I bought a SPOT GPS locator. Their web site invites you to enter contact cell phone numbers that the SPOT will send SMS to when activated. Dammed if I can get it to work. Because the manufacturer is in Virginia, I assume that its an "International" text message. Does the Public Mobile network support this? And how do you configure the network name and number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
