I'm now in Thornhill, Markham. There's no bar/signal at all and can't call. How do I know if Pubilc Mobile Network is down or if it's isolated case? Is there an "outage map" like Rogers? Does PM know their network is down?

I'm in Markham too, signal consistently fluctuates between 2 to 5 bars, sometime even no bar at all!
