      <title>SIM Card arrived empty? Stolen sim card?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi my order # is 198504. My envelope had a small slit on top but I hadohad it from the side. The envelope is empty. I didn't get as card I've been waiting a week to get.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I dont know-how to contact big boss man but I think this is BS. Either the envelope was empty or someone along the way saw the public mobile branded envelope and decided to steal the Sim card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can the people send me a new one possibly in an unmarked envelope and disable the stolen one?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't even post a picture because my phone's camera is HD and pictures are all above 3 mb&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If SIMon cannot solve your issue then you have the option to contact a moderator.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 1: Choose the ? button at the right bottom corner of this page or choose “Get Help” at the top of the page and then choose the “Chat with SIMon” button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 2:&amp;nbsp;Tell SIMon what the issue is&amp;nbsp;and see if he can find a solution for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 3: If Simon cannot find a solution then type in “moderator”&amp;nbsp;to connect to a Public Mobile customer service representative.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 4: Simon will present you with two choices.
