      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;Do you still have that money on your account or did you buy twice the add-on by mistake? If the money is still on your account is best to just leave it there and it will be used to l against your plan the next cycle. But if you want to 'return' the purchases item please contact moderators by clicking on the question mark</description>

So, as long as it's not a roaming add on you could just leave it as a safety blanket on your account.
