      <description>&lt;P&gt;I requested a number port but as of right now I am only able to make calls/texts under that number but unable to recieve them, is there a problem with the port or does that mean it's just in progress? &amp;nbsp; The number I originally activated my sim under is no longer in service so I'm not sure what my next steps are.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When did you port? It can take several hours, normally within an hour, for it to be fully ported. You should get a text message saying it's been sucessfully ported&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I requested the port several hours ago, out of nowhere my original activated number stopped working and my ported number started appearing but like I said I can't recieve calls on my ported number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
