Pretty simple my dear chuk, I'm not PM employee, I run my own shop, and I spend mys spare time helping PM posters like I did before on Koodo Mobile Community 2 years ago - improvements can be seen on PM employees posts on this Community, do U dare ignore it, or, should U acknowledge it? that's the question.
