Hi there,
I have a question:
So, I first joined Public Moble in Aug, 2018. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Now my question is- shouldn't I be getting $2 off for my loyalty rewards for the 2 years with Public ? (As per policy)
As of right now, I am only getting $1

Someone please clarify. Looking forward to your replies...

$1 per 30 days is the correct loyalty reward for your account. $1 is added to that reward after the completion of each year up to the first 5 years.

$0 each term for the first year. $1 each term for year 1 to 2. $2 each term for year 2 to 3. etc up to $5 for year 5 and on.

You are still between the 1 and 2 year span.

Aug 2019 - First anniversary = $1 loyalty reward

Aug 2020 - Second anniversary = $2 loyalty reward

You have to wait After Aug 2020 before getting $2 loyalty reward

You should get the $2 sometime in August or September 2020. Need to be a customer for a full year.

If you joined since August 2018, to be eligible for the $2 loyalty discount per month, you would have to stay with PM till on or after August 2020.

Aug 2018 to Aug 2019 = $0

Aug 2019 to Aug 2020 = $1

Your billing cycle in "August" could range from Aug 01 to Aug 31. Any days your account may have been Suspended (interrupted) are not counted. The "year" of Loyalty is rewarded on the billing cycle immediately following a total of 365 days (or maybe 360 days?) with an Active plan.

Yes. Your loyalty reward will be updated to $2 on your overview page shortly after your second anniverary date. Then, you will get your $2/30days applied on your next renewal onward.
