Guys please help ..

I need to have ads on today as I am travelling to other province and be able to recieve calls..

I have 120 dollars plan with autopay my reward was 6 dollars..

Moment ago, I purchased $8 ads on plan and computer was saying that I will have to pay only 2 dollars ...which I paid..

Now the problem is I don't have any ads on added into my account, instead my account shows the total balance of 8 dollars ...

Please help .. mods are too busy ... is there glitch in the system ..

Yes, I am showing that I have 8 dollars ..

6 from the autopay and 2 dollars I just paid ...

there should be none because of ads on which were not added 😞

Try to purchase the add-on again.

SInce the money is in your account and the add-on is not there, you don't have anything to lose.

One thing to note: your autopay reward, if you just signed up, will be applied just before the next billing cycle. I'm pretty sure those funds won't be available now. But if they, are, all the better for you!

You have to purchase addons twice. The first purchase is to add the funds into your account. Then you have to buy the addon again, this time it will use the funds in your account to buy the addon. This is normal.

Which add-ons?

If you still see the payment in your Available Funds then you need to do the next step of actually buying the add-on.

If you have a roaming add-on and you're in the US then try scanning for and connecting to either AT&T or T-Mobile.

Buying add-on is a 2 steps process. First is add fund to your account. Then, puchase the add-on.

If your avaialble fund went up by the same amount of your add-on, you have not done the second step.
