      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't try to many times you can lock it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please write down exact message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most likely the phone is locked and you will have to contact previous provider for the pin&lt;/P&gt;</description>
