      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the other charges in your account balance?.&amp;nbsp; If so you can keep the funds in there for future payment dates. It can take quite awhile for moderators to issue you a refund to your credit card. If your request a refund, you may not see your money in 2 - 3 months.&amp;nbsp; By then, you will use up the extra payments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
