If you're phone isn't compatible with Public Mobile's HSPA+ network, you won't be able to make any phone calls. While this is very important factor, to date, Public Mobile fails to mention this anywhere in its literature, causing customers to falsely believe that a phone will work fine just because it can connect to the LTE network (you need HSPA newtwork compatibility for voice).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
