    <description>&lt;P&gt;i am having the same issues! AutoPay not working, cards are fine but wont work and it says i have sufficient funds in my Public Mobile&amp;nbsp; account when i attempt to make payment. Also in the Current&amp;nbsp; Balace it is holdong no balance and it should be $62. ... #frustrated!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe that somehow the payment for this month didn't go through. On my account page, when I click on Plan Details, I am getting a general error message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I further tried to make a payment but each time I try to the transaction is not being processed. I tried multiple cards and yet not payment is going through. I even checked on the credit card side of things but everything is working on that side. I am not able to add a new plan,&amp;nbsp; and I am not able to add more funds. I tried some advice given on the community pages but nothing seemed to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for your time. I appreciate it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
