how do you change your email address - worked for community but not for my account? Have a request with a moderator but can this be done by me?

Only the moderators can change your email.

No unfortunately you can only change community email yourself. For account email only Moderators can do it.

if my community email is not the same as account email, do i get the reward when community issue ?

No. If you've earned a community reward, it needs to link via the email address to be added to your account. Apparently it's case sensitive too.
