When porting you can make calls and send texts immediately. The last thing to complete is receive calls and texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if its been more than 3 hours and you ported from a cell provider. Then your port is probably stuck.
