      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd like to take advantage of the fall promo but when I try to change my plan the promo won't apply. My current plan won't expire until Dec 29th. How can I apply this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>When you change plans, it is future dated meaning it will switch on the 29th of Dec.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you wanted to switch today, you will lose your current plan and the money you paid. It will charge you for the promo and 90 days.</description>
