You can also purchase an add on in self service of 500 minutes for $5. The unused portion is rolled over from month to month until it is used up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The 40$ Plan is only canada wide talk. Long distance outside Canada dosent work. It will ask you to buy a long-distance addon. Thats the only time I receive that message. You should be able to talk to all of Canada&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have mentioned this several times on different posts but as always I got the exact same responses as you have been getting. You are not doing anything wrong -- this unsolved problems fault is Public Mobile. The fact that it happens to many users coupled with also the fact that the pre-recorded message we get is from Public Mobile proves that.&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;***********I have learned to live with this annoying problem by just attempting the call several times and then usually after the third try the voice call does connect.************&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-panel-feedback-banner-safe"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-panel-feedback-banner-safe"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
