To be more specific, anyone can enter their email address here: http://publicmobile.ca/en/on/beta in order to receive a beta invite from Public. Not sure what the current wait time is, but remember, if you are currently on the new plans (a beta member) they can note that you referred them during their registration and you will receive a $1 per month for as long as they remain a member of PM.

its been allready more than tw month i signed up for this beta program and still no answer so i would no give it much hope it will be open soon

^I am sorry the program didn't start til very early in February so it can't be two months having said that if you are still interested I would try again chances are your email just got lost somewhere.
