It says my plan is expired, but I just made a payment. Usually the plan is activited immediately. Please help.

It is normal while renewal is in process

You likely also have this message that says to if ignore it. It goes expired, to suspended to active again during renewal

If everything is working on your phone..then all is fine.

@jblack86 If it doesn't then contact a moderator and explain your situation. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one . (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket )
