      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to pay my balance but when I select payment it says I have enough money as a balance, even though it isn't and I'm unable to put a payment through, I thought it would go through automatically a few days ago, but now my plan is expired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get this working?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
