Black Friday Promotion not applied

I signed up during the Black Friday Deal, Which gave a free SIM, free 2nd Month and double data on the 15/month plan. The double data was supposed to be for life (500mb of 3G data per month) but I have yet to see it on my plan at all.

@jessegibbons14 You should have 0mb base + 250mb for enabled autopay option as I know. For free sim, you supposed to receive a credit of 10$ within 30 days, and for a free second month, receive a credit equal to your montly bill also within 30 days.

@jessegibbons14II can't see that promotion anywhere in the announcements section. However if you are sure that you are entitled to it. Contact a moderator and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one. (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

I have never seen reference to doubling of data, except for 25 plan with autopay (it just happens to be the same amount as the base data)

Was that in-store promo?

Can you find reference anywhere?

Sorry, but there was never any double-your-data promotion on a $15 plan. Could you be thinking of the $25 plan that includes 500+500MB?
