However if you are sure that you are entitled to it. Contact a moderator and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon. For free sim, you supposed to receive a credit of 10$ within 30 days, and for a free second month, receive a credit equal to your montly bill also within 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
