@Austin2003 couple things you can do. You can click the forgot password link below sign in.

That will send you a password reset.

You could also ask Simon below the right corner for help. Just write in your question and it will guide you. And open a ticket if it cant answer your question by typing talk to a human then account related issue then NO TALK TO A HUMAN then open a ticket.

You can also click on the search bar at the top of the community forum for "forgot password"

@Austin2003 If you couldn't reset your password, as was mentioned, there are 2 options: contact moderators through clicking on ? on bottom right of the page and following directions OR directly through the private message here https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Ask them for a temporary password.

Use the "forgot your password?" link on the login page to reset your password.

I just tested it. I received PM reset password email within 1 minutes. (April 25 11:41AM MT)

If you forgot the answer to your security question, you need moderator assistant.

Please review your security question and answer so that you will know the answer with the hint from the security question. Don't select security question which has no relation to your answer.

For security reason, don't use any info which you posted on your Facebook or twitter etc. e.g. If everyone knows the name of your dog from your media page(s), don't use the name of your pet as the security question.
