Kinda hard to answer with little information.

1. Did you check your self service account to see if the account / sim is active?

2. Is the phone unlocked?

3. Did you try restarting your phone?

4. Did you try removing the sim from your phone then putting in back in?

5. Is the software of the phone updated?

Which plan did you select when you Activated the sim ? What kinda phone you using ? Is your phone unlocked ?

Have you already activate your account?

1. Make sure your phone is unlocked.

2. If you activated recently you need to wait 2 hours for it to process, could be less.

3. Go into your self serve account and see if it is active.

Hopefully you are able to get it going if not speak with simon and open a ticket.

Did you activate your PM SIM card?
Did you insert the SIM card in your device ?
Are you getting an error on your device?
Did you try dialing *611?

Where was the SIM card purchased? If you purchased the SIM card from a store (e.g. Walmart), please take it to the store to get an early resolution.

Did you try kicking it or yelling at it?

But yeah, just turn it off, remove the sim. pop it back in, turn the phone back on, and wait a minute. If that still fails, try injecting it with lysol. I hear it's a good method for removing bugs.
