Did you check your self service account to see if the account / sim is active?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Is the phone unlocked?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Did you try restarting your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Did you try removing the sim from your phone then putting in back in?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Is the software of the phone updated?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try kicking it or yelling at it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But yeah, just turn it off, remove the sim. pop it back in, turn the phone back on, and wait a minute. If that still fails, try injecting it with lysol. I hear it's a good method for removing bugs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
