Cannot send MMS

I have an iPhone X and for some reason I cannot send MMS but I am able to receive. Just cant send. Anyone know what could be wrong? or can direct me how to fix this? I did change the APN as directed on the set up. But I dont see anywhere to change the MMSC and MMS Proxy thats also on the tutorial. All I see under APN is Username and Password which are blank but other than that theres no area or anything about MMSC and MMS Proxy settings on my phone.

@samc888 enable sms and mms under your Imessage settings. Stay safe.

@samc888 Hi all you should need to do is enable your data make sure it is on there should be no reason to change your settings especially in an iPhone X

@samc888 reset your network settings

1. From the home screen navigate to Settings>General>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings
If prompted enter your passcode
3. Tap Reset Network Settings
4. Restart your phone
