All circuits busy

Hello been getting this all circuits busy every time I call my home voip.ms phone line. Only happens when I call this particular number. Been happening for two days any ideas?

Can you call it from another phone?

Does voip.ms have a known outage?

Is your internet service at home otherwise working? (not sure exactly how voip.ms works)

Yes I can call it from other cell phones on different networks, yes my internet is working fine this issue is only with public mobile.

I had the same yesterday when called my friend. However, today everything is fine. It was fixed itsellf.

@Learjet23 I believe that with VOIP.ms you can specify your preferred server within your online account, so maybe select one with less traffic.

PM voice call is using 3G.

Is your phone set at 3G/LTE auto switching?

Is circuit busy only at one location or everywhere?

Reporting the same problem in Vancouver. Started yesterday and continued today. It happened several times.

Update from CLEC:

"Our toll-free network is experiencing larger traffic than usual and we are have some congestion occurring at peak times.

We have some CLEC voice congestion issues west of Ontario during peak calling times. We have reached out to our carrier partners to request network enhancements.

Our carrier partners continue to monitor their networks and modify as required to accommodate the additional traffic."
