In fact when you activate you can put any address you want so it cannot be used for the purpose that you are looking for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A utility bill will need more appropriate for that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Because Public is a prepaid service it does not really work for verification of address. Not knowing that it doesn't really work for that purposes I would have probably put up a fight about it if it was declined, but it never happened. I learnt about it here in the community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For you yet we probably be easier to use another bill as you probably already have it ready and don't have to wait up to 30 minutes to receive it. But of this is absolutely only bill you have you could give it a try&lt;/P&gt;</description>
