Activation with paypal?

I'm trying to activate my SIM but can't seem to find the Paypal option anywhere. I dont have a local credit card and the stores around me dont sell vouchers, so really don't have any other way to activate my plan.

Only way to pay via PayPal is through recharge.com

Payment vouchers are sold all over esso gas station. Canadian Tire, Walmart. Corner stores.etc

@mingrenli Unfortunately PP is not an option with PM. If you need to use PP the only way would be to use recharge.com to purchase a voucher as they accept PP.
