Hello

i purchased a SIM card on Jan.21, and today being the 30th, I am wondering if I should still expect one be delivered? Phone was stolen and I have been without a phone since Jan.20

You should have gotten the SIM card by now. You might want to contact moderator. Click on right lower corner questino mark. Type: Contact moderator. Follow prompts to submit ticket for moderator help.

You are welcome @jackj , depending upon your attachment to your number, the rewards attached to your current account, the plan you are currently on, and your renewal date?

It may be beneficial to you if you abandon that account and sign up for a new one under the current lunar promotion. If it is, go asap to a retail store such as Walmart and get them to activate a new SIM for you (You may get it free if you sign up through them).
