Hi I have forgotten what email I used when I set up and now can't access my account. Right now to write this message I am using my sons account but I can't access my own help

@Karla123, Public Mobile sends out a welcome email upon successful activation. Check your inbox or spam folder for that email. It will help identify which email address was used in the activation.

@Karla123 , As@Triguy suggested contact a moderator and explain your problem. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

How many email addresses do you have access to? Can't be so many that you could not check them all one by one.

To help with search terms, The email will be from public-mobile-notifications@publicmobile.ca with display name "Every bodytalk"
