      <title>Issue with auto pay</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are set up for autopay - however for some reason the autopay did not go through (paid it today after we realized) ... and yes there was money in the account (triple checked before paying it)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anyway to see why this happened? Or has this happened to anyone before?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In order to prevend such problems like yours, it is recommended to do manual payment even with enabled Autopay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Add funds to account manually with $1 extra than you should pay and reactivate the service. You need to link a new credit card with you account if the current one doesn't work.
